MISSION: The Illinois Association of REALTORS® recognizes that younger members are an integral part of the future growth of the REALTOR® association. The Illinois Young Professionals Network (YPN) was created in 2009 to provide education and support and to create a forum where younger REALTORS® can share ideas and network with each other to expand their business potential. Our goals are to help this segment of our membership succeed in their business as well as create more involvement and general future IAR leaders.
