Changes in the Illinois License Law require new educational requirements to obtain a Broker or Managing Broker license.

  30 hour transition course - Salesperson to Broker

  75 hour pre-license Broker course. Complete the 15 hour interactive component “Broker Pre-license Applied Real Estate Principles Interactive” classroom course to complete your 90 hour program and be eligible to sit for the state exam.
