Important license transition deadline clarifications. Two dates are important to note based on clarifications from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR): 1) Your transition application must be postmarked by April 30, 2012 or you will forfeit your ability to transition; and 2) the last date to take the proficiency exam is March 15, 2012.
