Lynn Madison

Lynn Madison, ABR, ABRM, GRI, BPOR, SFR, SRES is owner of Lynn Madison Seminars headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois. She is the former dean of the Illinois Graduate REALTOR® Institute and has been active in delivering Illinois continuing education programs since 1992. She is co-author of the National Association of REALTORS® Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification and author of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) Broker Price Opinion Resource certification course. She is a member of the REBAC Hall of Fame, has been a speaker at the National Association of REALTORS® Conference for over a decade, and has spoken to REALTORS® in over 30 states.Lynn serves on the Board of Directors of the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS® and was the Illinois Association of REALTORS® REALTOR® of the Year in 2011.

 

Norm Willoughby

Norm Willoughby is a licensed real estate instructor and a licensed real estate managing broker and auctioneer. He served as assistant commissioner for the State of Illinois Real Estate Professions Bureau, Office of Banks and Real Estate, from 1995 to 2003. Since 2003 he has served as the CEO of the Decatur Association of REALTORS® and, since 2012, also serves as CEO of the Central Illinois Board of REALTORS®.  He served as Chairperson of the State of Illinois Auction Advisory Board from 1999 to 2003 and served on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Real Estate Education Foundation (REEF).

 

Michael Oldenettel

Michael D. Oldenettel, CRS, GRI is a licensed continuing education instructor in Illinois, active in real estate for 23 years and the Managing Broker-Owner of RE/MAX Results Plus, Inc. in Jacksonville. He is the 2013 president of the Illinois Association of REALTORS® and served as president of the Illinois Real Estate Educational Foundation (REEF) in 2007 and 2008. He has twice served as dean of the Graduate REALTOR® Institute of Illinois. For the National Association of REALTORS®, Oldenettel currently serves on the Risk Management Committee, the State and Local Issues Committee and is a member of the Board of Directors.

 

Annette Akey

Annette Akey is a practicing REALTOR® for more than 22 years with experience in residential sales, short sales, REO properties, property management and light commercial property. She is a licensed Illinois real estate continuing education and prelicense instructor, and has earned the designations Certified Negotiation Consultant, Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification. She is active in Governmental Affairs & Professional Standards Committees with the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS® and is a member of the Illinois Association of REALTORS® Professional Development and Public Policy & Government Affairs Member Involvement Groups.
