- A real estate leasing agent license was placed in refuse to renew status and fined $5,000 for engaging in misleading advertising.
- A real estate leasing agent license was placed in refuse to renew status and fined $5,000 for engaging in misleading advertising by placing advertisements for rental properties using the name of a real estate company that did not sponsor him.
- A real leasing agent license was placed on probation for 24 months due to his 2007 conviction for aggravated domestic battery.
- A real estate broker license was indefinitely suspended for a minimum of one year for the conviction of a felony (fraud).
