The Illinois Association of REALTORS® offers three home study options for continuing education classes. REALTORS® may take classes on audio cd or online (see below) at their own convenience rather than sit in a traditional classroom for scheduled continuing education classes. Home Study courses are available for purchase from your local board. If you cannot purchase them through your local board, contact the IAR Education Manager, 217/529-2600, for courses that can be e-mailed directly to the student.
The State of Illinois requires a proctored exam for all continuing education courses. Students may take the proctored exam at the local board of their choice. After completing the course, the student should contact IAR to have the exam sent to that location.
