SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Deadline for sponsorships is July 31, 2008. Sponsor a seminar, social event, continuing education class, coffee break or other opportunity. Sponsorships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsors receive recognition from the podium or head table of the session or event, and depending on contribution, can receive many benefits and various levels of recognition.

Expo Fees
The cost of exhibit space is for contracts/payments received. Booth payment must be received with the completed Expo Registration Contract. Space is assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis. No fax or telephone reservations will be accepted without a credit card payment. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted or you may attach a check to your contract and submit via mail.

Exhibitor Amenities
The following amenities are included in the cost of each booth space:

1. 8' x 10' exhibit booth space (Exhibit Hall is carpeted)

2. One 6' table, two chairs and trash can

3. Pipe, draping, and company sign

4. Entry in Convention program book

5. Virtual Trade Show at IAR’s Web site:
   Your name and product description will be included, as well as a link to your Web site

6. IAR Convention and Expo early notification discount

7. Convention sponsorship opportunities

8. Discounted guest room rates at Convention (based upon availability)

9. One complimentary Convention registration and up to ten assistant exhibitor passes
