REALTOR® Forms/Spanish Translation 

The following top-selling IAR forms are available for download for use with your Spanish-speaking clients and customers. Most forms have interactive fields where applicable. Please note you can only save altered files if you have purchased the full version of the Adobe Acrobat program or another compatible program.

Each document contains both the Spanish and the English version of the form. The Spanish version of each form is a translation of the English version of the form. There may be slight variations from the English version in order to be more understandable in the Spanish translation of the form. The Spanish version of these forms has been prepared for IAR by a third party.

You are strongly advised that when using a Spanish language version of a form that the English language version also be completed. The English language version of the form MUST be completed for forms such as the Lead-Based Paint Disclosure Form and the Seller Disclosure Form, as the statutory disclosure requirement is for the English language version of the form to be provided.
