Be Ready for Broker Renewal Deadline. Last Chance Post License Webinar!   

The Broker License Renewal deadline is 15 days away! If you are an Illinois broker licensed between Feb. 1, 2012 and Jan. 31, 2014, and you still need to complete the 30-hour broker post-license requirements for your renewal, the IAR Licensing and Training Center is offering one last webinarbefore the April 30 deadline.

Illinois Senate Approves Foreclosed Condo Bill 

Thanks to the hundreds of REALTORS® who responded to the Call to Action supporting Senate Bill 2664. The Senate approved the bill which creates a clear and fair formula for calculating the amount to be paid by purchasers of foreclosed condominiums and gives them notice of the obligations. "Crime Free" Housing Proposals Require Close Scrutiny
