A second fast-track option is to take a course through the GRI Course I Equivalency Program.
The September Pending Home Sales Index fell 5.6 percent compared to August and 1.2 percent compared to a year ago, a result of higher home prices and mortgage rates impacting buyers and housing affordability, said NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun. While there may be a flat trend going into 2014, Yun said inventory shortages will continue to boost home prices, but it may be at a slower growth rate.
