By April 30, 2014, Illinois Broker licensees must have completed the CE requirements and applied to renew their license through IDFPR. IAR's Licensing & Training Center has created a Q&A and checklistto help you get ready. This week's question:

Illinois Home Sales and Prices Continue Upward Climb in August

Illinois home sales rose 17.3 percent percent over previous-year levels in August and median prices increased 13.6 percent, according to thelatest IAR home sales report.
